Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time until it has been despatched. We will refund the credit/debit card used to make the payment.

Returns and Refunds
Please contact us to request a return within 14 days of receipt of your item (smartphone #/info@cobhambooks.com). Once we authorise the return you have 14 days to send the item back to us in its original condition, packaged carefully, and at your own expense, to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will issue the refund to the credit/debit card used to make the payment. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable; we refund the cost of the purchased items only.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item which is defective or damaged please contact us with a description (smartphone #/info@cobhambooks.com). Once your exchange has been authorised please send your item to:

We will pay the postage cost of returning the item to us by an agreed method. When we receive the item, we will refund you your purchase price, together with the postage cost, within 14 days.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note: This policy relates to items purchased through our online shop only. Please ask in-store for details of our shop refund policy. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund when you expected, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, and after that your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
